So I am all set... all my ingredients are lined up and the oven is preheated. I'm baking banana loaf for Christmas morning and it is going to be the best banana loaf I've ever made. The banana are perfectly ripe and all my ingredients are fresh! Then all hell breaks loose... The phone rings and it is my sister Brenda... the one that was married in Vegas in October. She is pregnant... woo hoo. The Pastuck family is fertile... don't blink or you'll get pregnant. If I was my little sister Tanya, I would be worried! On the other hand my mother is estatic... 2 great grandchildren coming in April and may and another grandchild in August! Well here she is at her wedding... I should have more info, like a due date, etc. soon. So between all the excitement I baked two banana loafs and forgot several ingredients in each! They still turned out great though because I am a natural baker! Ha!
